After the return has been processed, you will be refunded the full value of the mattress, minus the value of any discounts you received or any promotional items that you received alongside the mattress. Promotional items can be returned as well, but that return will have to be processed separately from the mattress return.
When returning promotional items, you have two options. You can return them to Dreamland and receive a refund that is equal to the amount discounted from your mattress return, or you can simply keep the items and continue to use them.
Mattress returns cannot be processed until 30 days after the date of the mattress delivery. However, if there was an order error, or if you would like to exchange your mattress for a mattress of a different size, you can do this without waiting for the 30-day window to pass as long as your mattress is unopened.
Dreamcloud offers the option of White Glove delivery service for an extra fee. Unfortunately, this fee is not refundable once a mattress has been delivered to a White Glove service provider.
The Dreamcloud sleep concierge team is available 7 days a week, from 6 am to 6 pm PST. Returns can only be initiated when a member of the concierge team is available.
If you would prefer to exchange your mattress rather than receive a refund, that is an option as well. However, you will have to let the return specialist you are working with know that you are interested in an exchange ahead of time.

If you are based in Rhode Island or Connecticut, you will be responsible for a mandatory mattress recycling fee. This fee is not refundable.
